Rumors from the guys at Diseased Productions say that a Thing Thing 4 is well on it's way. If you don't already know the story of the Thing Thing series, here it is:

You are an extremely dangerous bio-weapon created by a company called System Corp. and are awoken one morning by a psychiatrist. You kill him, take his gun (yeah, the doctors in this game are armed and dangerous), escape your cell, kill all the security in your way (that includes another bio-weapon) and take your first steps outside of the huge lab you were in. In the sequel, you are fighting your way past System Corp. again and you come across a second bio-weapon, and kill him. In the third, you receive a mysterious call from somebody and follow it to it's source. I won't spoil the ending of that one. The Thing Thing Arena games have nothing to do with the story of the series. In all of the games you create the character. In Thing Thing Arena 1, Thing Thing 3, and Thing Thing Arena 2 you get to name him as well.

Back to Thing Thing 4. All I know is that the guys in Diseased Productions said that it's gonna be a revolutionary addition to the series. I have a theory that the character creation system is gonna be huge in this one. Also, I think little guys will look a bit more like they do on some of the pics at the Diseased Productions site. Also, I hope they get more scenes in there rather than just little screens showing two different guys talking. And last but not least, at some point they just MUST add some sort of multi-player to the series. Not high scores, I mean PvP (Player v.s. Player) man. They gotta make this the biggest Thing Thing EVER.
